To preserve all the properties of the pipeline during its storage under high temperatures, the outer sheath of OILTECHPIPE RTP is produced in white color. Design life is 20 years.

OILTECHPIPE is produced both for onshore and offshore applications and differs by material of its outer sheath. Design life is 20 years. Expected life is 50 years if the pipe is buried or 20 years if it is installed on surface.
* At the customer’s request, OILTECHPIPE can be made of a material with increased heat resistance, which will allow the product to be used at temperatures up to +250°F or higher.

ACCESSORIES:
The reinforced high pressure thermoplastic pipe OILTECHPIPE is connected to the metal pipes and to various parts by means of end fittings. It is supplied with two types of accessories: pipe fitting with flange and pipe fitting for welding.
The material of the accessory, as a rule, is chosen on the basis of the compatibility of the pumped liquids and the anticorrosive characteristics of the material. Carbon steel is generally used in cases where corrosion is not a major problem. When transporting corrosive liquids, the use of stainless steel accessories is recommended.
