PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS
The operation principle of the progressive cavity pump (PCP) is a helical rotor of steel with circular profile that rotates inside a stator with double the pitch, that is made of an elastomer, normally vulcanized inside a carcass of carbon steel.
Depending on the geometry of the rotor and the stator, sealed cavities between suction and discharge are formed. The opening and closing of these cavities creates a depression in the suction nozzle, which causes the fluid to be suctioned and develops a volumetric flow directly proportional to its rotation.

WELL DRIVE HEADS
PCP wellhead drive motor is attached directly to the wellhead, eliminating the concrete base required by some other pumping systems.
• The space required for installation on the well is much smaller and lower than many other artificial lift systems.
• Unlike other pumping systems, PCP system has a much lower risk of accident if people or animals come near to the wellhead.
• The API flange allows direct connection without adapters when changing from other systems to the PCP system.
ELECTRICAL SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS
The main product line includes LOW ADHESIVE ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS with heat/acid resistant polymer composite materials (PCM) stages.
Low-adhesive ESP provide higher operational and economic efficiency as compared with pumps with metal working parts when used in wells with medium flow rate and in marginal wells (less than 50 m3/day).
The use of low-adhesion ESP allows the oil company to reduce the cost of oil production.
WELL HEATING SYSTEMS
In order to eliminate the disadvantages arising from the traditional thermal method of impact, we offer to supply equipment for continuous heating of the bottom-hole zone of wells in order to reduce the viscosity of oil, eliminate colmatation and prevent the formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits in the bottom-hole zones of wells, working bodies of ESP, on the inner walls of pipes.
Equipment for heating: Stationary well electric heater and Heating control station with high voltage transformer.
ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANELS
The electrical control panel is designed to monitor and control the process of oil production and well heating. The control panel is equipped with a circuit breaker, a protective device for switching off the insulation current, a three-phase magnetic starter to turn on / off the heating, instruments for measuring the current and voltage of the heater.
