High pressure thermoplastic pipes

REINFORCED COMPOSITE LINE PIPES
RCLP is a polymer pipe, reinforced with a steel metal frame. A rigid lattice frame welded from steel wire shapes an RCLP. This frame is surrounded by a layer of polymer material, which forms inner and outer surfaces of an RCLP. The frame increases pipe strength and is corrosion resistant as it is isolated from the external environment by the polymer.
RCLP combines the qualities of metal and polymer pipes, where rigid metal frame provides strength close to that of steel pipes, and polymer provides its unique qualities of resistance to agressive environments.
REHABILITATION THERMOPLASTIC REINFORCED PIPES
Rehabilitation pipes – are an exceptional kind of flat thermoplastic pipe to be used as relining inside damaged rigid pipes like metal or concrete. Easy to pull through the existing damaged pipe, once is totally passed from one point to the next accessible point by appliying pressure adquires a circular shape like a regular polimer pipe being adhered to the inner diameter from the rigid metal pipe.
Different kind of materials and reinforcements can be used for the production of rehabilitation pipes. Rehabilitation pipes with external and internal protection layers of thermoplastic material have higher strength characteristics.
UMBILICALS
Quite often there is a need for simultaneous supply of liquid and current. In these cases, use a umbilical. Structurally, it is a combination of cable and high-pressure pipeline. The number of conductors of different cross-sections may vary according to needs.

VISCOELASTIC SLEEVES
TEKCOAT are heat shrinkable sleeves and tapes made of an electron beam cross-linked polyethylene backing and a coating made from hot melt adhesive that provides a permanent corrosion prevention on welding seams at steel pipes and pipelines.
